Career
Since 2011, Ripps has served as OKFocus’ creative director. He has created material for a wide range of contemporary artists, fashion lines and corporate brands such as Nike and Red Bull. The artist has also established websites such as Internet Archaeology, Dump.FM and VFiles. Ripps began branding Soylent, an open-source meal replacement drink, in 2013. Two years later, he co-produced two tracks on Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz. Ripps also collaborated with Kanye West as part of DONDA in 2018.
Ripps recently provided creative direction and design for Pop Smoke’s posthumous LP, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon. Ripps directed James Blake’s ‘Before’ video from 2021. In January 2015, Ripps had his first solo show at Postmasters Gallery in New York City.
