America’s Next Drag Supermonster was revealed on Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans and the winner is Victoria Elizabeth Black. This Titans The season saw 10 returning drag performers return from the dead to once again compete to take the title. With pleasure RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars, The Shudder series follows competitors from previous seasons battling it out in a world of drag, dirt, horror and glamour. However, many viewers and followers of the show were hoping that Black would be the winner this time.
When Victoria Elizabeth Black was announced as one of the contestants returning to the franchise, fans were excited because many believed that she was robbed during her original stay in season 2. She was known as one of the top candidates during his season and fans showed up. behind her in the hope that she would win as it was between her and Biqtch Puddin. In the end, Victoria lost her season, but that wasn’t the last viewers would see of the fan-favorite queen, and it certainly wasn’t the end of her story.
Victoria returns for Dragula: Resurrection
During the height of COVID-19 in 2020, the Boulet Brothers put together a special project titled Dragula: Resurrection, where seven drag performers from seasons 1 to 3 gave viewers an insight into what they’ve been up to during quarantine. The purpose of the two-hour special was to give Loris, Saint, Dahli, Frankie Doom, Kendra Onixxx, Priscilla Chambers and Victoria Elizabeth Black another chance at redemption to return for the fourth season of Dragula. During the episode, Victoria announced that she was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and revealed how it affected her. Although she did not win the opportunity to return for season 4, she continued to be cast Titans and ended up winning the entire season as most fans expected.
Victoria’s Horror & Legacy at Dragula
Victoria became an instant hit with fans of Dragula franchise as soon as she entered Season 2, as she secured three wins, placed in the top three, and received her first on-screen tattoo, which is iconic in its own right. Her legacy continued when her drag daughter, Dollya Black, and drag mother, Maddelynn Hatter, both competed in the show’s third season. Feeling the pressure of living up to Victoria’s expectations, Dollya tried to stay out of her shadow as she progressed through the competition to establish a name for herself. However, Victoria herself has established herself as one Dragula staple in her own right as she continued to bring the look, performance and art of drag to a whole new level.
As Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans The season saw Victoria Elizabeth Black secure four wins over the course of the nine-episode season, in addition to reaching the top three again. Her fellow competitors saw her as a threat as she brought her A-game to the floor show week after week, marking her as the one to beat. But in the end it was Victoria’s game to win and she finally took home the title of America’s Next Drag Supermonster and showed the world that she is a force to be reckoned with.
