Kyle Bornheimer began his career as a member of The Curtainbox Theater Company. Bornheimer earned an “always on TV” reputation with 30-second commercials for major clients such as Geico, Staples, Coors Light, Imodium, Stanley and T-mobile. The character of Sam Briggs on Worst Week, which has since been canceled, was a breakout role for Bornheimer, a rookie with a five-year film and television career. Bornheimer was apparently dubbed “the new Bob Newhart” by one reviewer.

Kyle starred in the TV series Romantically Challenged alongside Alyssa Milano. The show debuted on ABC on April 19, 2010, but was officially canceled on May 16, 2010. Additionally, he appeared in episodes of Better Off Ted, Breaking Bad, The Office, and Party Down.
