Two bells have been removed from their place in the bell tower location Hogwarts Legacy, prompting you to solve a rather complex puzzle to get them back into place using a clever combination of spells that levitate and move these objects. The first staggered bell can be found to the right of the stairs and it leads straight to the main set of bells as it represents a medium sized section of the set that has fallen off its hinges. The second bell is hidden under the second staircase beyond that point and will thankfully be the easier of the two for you to maneuver due to its small size.
The two spells in Hogwarts Legacy that you will have to solve this puzzle is Wingardium Leviosa and Action, both of which are learned from different classes that participate throughout the main story. Accio is taught when you attend your Charms session and is a starting spell that helps manipulate objects towards you and draw them closer to your character. While you can certainly try to move the missing bells in the tower with this particular spell, the tricky part of the puzzle comes from the difference in height needed to align them with their appropriate fixtures, as seen by the content creator GosuNoob. Therefore, it would be best to get far enough into the game to finish “Professor Garlick’s Assignment” quest which provides the required spell.

Once you have the spell that helps put the bells back in place, you must cast first Leviosa on one of the two bells. This raises the object into the air for a limited time, so timing becomes crucial to position your character in a way that takes advantage Action best.
Since Accio pulls objects directly in your direction, you can position just opposite the hinge of the medium-sized bell on a narrow platform directly opposite the section that overlooks the entire bell collection.
