Dardevil's Army vs Punisher and The Hand

While Daredevil has prepared his fist for war, it’s clear he didn’t expect the conflict to come so soon. However, that doesn’t mean he isn’t ready. Thanks to following the rituals of the Fist, Daredevil’s strength and senses have all been supernaturally enhanced as well as those of his followers. The same also applies to the Punisher, who has been chosen by the Beast as its preferred servant. While Frank has some serious issues with his hand, he believes that he can ultimately use his ninjas as a force for good to rid the world of all criminals. It should also be noted that the Hand has revived his wife in exchange for his service as well.

Daredevil and the Punisher couldn’t be more adversaries in the current Marvel Universe. Daredevil is disillusioned with the traditional legal systems and now wants to redeem criminals in his belief that they can change when given the chance. In contrast, the Punisher sees all criminals as irredeemable scum to be exterminated. Likewise, they both have more power and resources than they’ve ever had before. After all, it’s not every day that Matt Murdock and Frank Castle have entire armies behind them.

While the upcoming battle will likely be the first of many, it will mark the first time the First and Hand have clashed in the modern Marvel universe. With a child’s life hanging in the balance, we hope Daredevil and his forces have what it takes to repel Punishes and his ninja clan in the coming troubles. Daredevil #7 is on sale now from Marvel Comics.
