He is quite professional. Algae are quite intelligent. He enjoys football. He makes a big effort. He also has a commanding presence. He is one of those men who always seems to do the right thing no matter what the scenario is. He knows when to smile, when to be serious, when to [step up]when to back up, when to step up, when to say and do the right thing, whether it’s in a game, in practice, in a meeting, in a walk, whether it’s a decision on the play, whether it’s the way his behavior is at that particular time.
He is constantly helping his colleagues, reminding them or telling them what to do to help them get rid of him, and so on. I think the simplest way to put it is that he always seems to do the right thing no matter what the scenario is. On or off the pitch, in the dressing room, meetings or training, he always seems to do the right thing.
